分子成像平台简介

上海科技大学生命学院分子影像平台主要为生命学院、上海科技大学乃至其他研究单位的科研工作者提供高效率、高质量的生物显微镜技术支撑服务和相关的硬件、软件培训,旨在建成国内设备先进、使用和产出效率高的公共实验室。目前平台已有多台高级成像设备,主要包括Leica STED受激辐射超高分辨率显微镜、Zeiss LSM 980 Airyscan2超高分辨率显微镜、Zeiss Lattice SIM晶格结构光照明超高分辨率显微镜、Nikon CSU W1 SoRa转盘共聚焦显微镜、Zeiss Lightsheet光片显微镜、Olympus VS120快速切片扫描仪、Leica STELLARIS 8 FALCON 荧光寿命共聚焦显微镜、Zeiss GeminiSEM460扫描电镜、连续超薄切片机等。


本成像平台目前可提供多种成像的技术,具体如下:

1. 固定标本或活体的高分辨率成像;

2. 光切片成像、三维重建和拼图。

3. 脑片或者其他厚样品的双光子成像。

4. 长时间活细胞序列成像。

5. FRET、FRAP、光激活和细胞内重要离子浓度检测等。

6. 细胞团、单细胞及活细胞等微小样本的切割和捕获。

7. H&E彩色成像。

8. 整张Slide成像,并进行自动无缝式拼图。

9. 图像处理和分析:反卷积、共定位分析、颗粒追踪和计数等。

10.扫描电镜成像、STED成像和3D电镜成像。


Introduction of Molecular Imaging Core Facility


Molecular imaging Core Facility of SLST is focusing on establishing public platform with the advanced, high efficient equipment. The platform mainly provides the biological microscope technical support and professional training for the users of SLST, whole ShanghaiTech University, and also other research communities. At present, our imaging core has been equipped with several advanced imaging devices, including Leica STED nanoscopy, Zeiss LSM 980 Airyscan2 super-resolution confocal microscopy, Zeiss Lattice SIM, Nikon CSU W1 SoRa spinning disk confocal microscopy, Zeiss Lightsheet, Olympus VS120 slice scanner, Leica STELLARIS 8 FALCON FLIM microscope, Zeiss GeminiSEM460, etc.

And the platform currently offers a variety of imaging technologies, as follows:

1) High-resolution imaging.

2) Optic section, 3D reconstruction and stitching large image.

3) Two-photon imaging of brain slices or other thick samples.

4) Longtime live cell imaging.

5) FRET, FRAP, photoactivation and intracellular ion detection.

6) Laser capture microdissection.

7) H & E slides imaging.

8) Whole slide imaging.

9) Image processing and analysis: deconvolution, colocalization analysis, particle tracking and counting.
