分子成像平台简介

上海科技大学生命学院分子成像平台主要为生命学院、上海科技大学乃至其他研究单位的科研工作者提供高效率、高质量的光学显微镜技术支撑服务,为广大用户提供生物成像相关的技术和软件培训,旨在建成国内设备先进、仪器使用率高和产出效率高的公共实验室。

目前平台已有多台高级成像设备,主要包括Leica STED超高分辨率共聚焦显微镜、Nikon A1R单光子激光共聚焦显微镜、Zeiss LSM 710 NLO双光子激光共聚焦显微镜、Zeiss转盘共聚焦显微镜、Olympus VS120快速切片扫描仪、PALM MicroBeam显微切割系统等。此外,平台还拥有专业的图像分析工作站,用户可使用工作站上的Imaris、Volocity和Image J进行数据处理和分析。

本成像平台目前可提供多种成像的技术,具体如下:

1. 固定标本或活体的高分辨率成像;

2. 光切片成像、三维重建和拼图。

3. 脑片或者其他厚样品的双光子成像。

4. 长时间活细胞序列成像。

5. FRET、FRAP、光激活和细胞内重要离子浓度检测等。

6. 细胞团、单细胞及活细胞等微小样本的切割和捕获。

7. H&E彩色成像。

8. 整张Slide成像,并进行自动无缝式拼图。

9. 图像处理和分析:反卷积、共定位分析、颗粒追踪和计数等。


Introduction of Molecular Imaging Core Facility


Molecular Imaging Core Facility of SLST is focusing on establishing a public platform with the advanced, high efficient equipment. The platform mainly provides the optical microscope technical support and professional training for the users of SLST, whole ShanghaiTech University, and also other research communities.

At present, our imaging core has been equipped with several advanced imaging devices, including the Nikon A1R single photon confocal microscope, Zeiss LSM 710 NLO two-photon microscope, Zeiss Spinning Disk confocal microscope, Olympus VS120 slice scanner, PALM laser microdissection systems, etc. In addition, there is a workstation on the platform for image processing and analysis using Imaris, Volocity and Image J.

And the platform currently offers a variety of imaging technologies, as follows:

1) High-resolution imaging.

2) Optic section, 3D reconstruction and stitching large image.

3) Two-photon imaging of brain slices or other thick samples.

4) Longtime live cell imaging.

5) FRET, FRAP, photoactivation and intracellular ion detection.

6) Laser capture microdissection.

7) H & E slides imaging.

8) Whole slide imaging.

9) Image processing and analysis: deconvolution, colocalization analysis, particle tracking and counting.
